HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit verification (please note: processing time is NOT included in the shipping time frame). Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method, but we strive to get your next favorite outerwear piece to you within 3-5 business days. Should you want to expedite your shipping process, we offer 2-day shipping as an option for an additional cost (2-day shipping will guarantee delivery for your shipment within 2 business days from the day it is shipped out from our warehouse). International (non-US) destinations will take additional time.

Please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct to avoid unnecessary delays. Please note that we do not require a signature upon delivery. Any additional shipping/delivery features will need to be arranged immediately after your order is placed with our team.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES, APO or FPO?

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO. (Please note that we do not require a signature upon delivery- any additional shipping/delivery features will need to be arranged immediately after your order is placed with our team at ).

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD)

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

HYDE PARK FASHION accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

Occasionally we have to cancel an order due to processing or payment issues.  If we do cancel your order due to suspected fraud or other processing issues, we will contact you to verify the cancellation or obtain the additional necessary information to process the order.  We cannot hold merchandise on orders for which we cannot collect payment.  If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of reaching out to verify information, we will cancel your order.  

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

Your order will be charged as soon as it is processed on our website

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED? 

Please double-check that all information is accurate on your order before submitting.  Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee that changes can be made.  If you do make a mistake on your order.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

After your order is placed successfully, you will receive an Order Confirmation to the email associated with the order.  

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can check the status of your shipment once you receive a Shipping Confirmation email.  Please use the tracking number provided to keep an eye on your order and track it’s progress! If you opted for a text message, you will receive your tracking info via text to the number provided

WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

Orders ship from our warehouse in New Jersey.  If your order is ever sent in multiple packages, you will receive all tracking numbers attached to the shipment. 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email or text with all tracking info!

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST? 

If your package is lost in transit.

All shipments delivered to the correct shipping address on order are no longer the responsibility of THE HPF.  We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do! We currently ship to the following (non U.S.) countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, Mexico, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Greece.

International shipments will take approximately 5 - 14 business days to ship, depending on the shipment destination.

Please not that we do not accept any returns or exchanges on international orders.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE UK? IF SO, HOW WILL ORDERS TO THE UK BE SHIPPED?

Yes, we ship to the UK. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK £135 and Under.

HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?

International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All orders will ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

All prices are listed in USD. We recommend checking the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what you'll ultimately be charged.

PRICE PROTECTION & PROMOTIONS POLICY

Price Adjustments

HYDE PARK FASHION offers customers a price protection policy to show our commitment to providing the best service possible, under the following conditions:

  • If an item purchased at full price has recently gone on sale or its price has been reduced within 10 days of having placed the order.
  • The item purchased is still available on the HYDE PARK FASHION website in the same style and size purchased.
  • Price adjustments are applied only once per item. 
  • No other discounts or promotional codes have been applied to the original purchase, excluding our 10% Welcome Code. 

If these conditions are met, please contact our Customer Care team and they will refund the difference onto your original method of payment.

Promotions and Codes

HYDE PARK FASHION offers a one-time 10% discount code unique to our first time customers who sign up to our mailing list. This code is only valid for 48 hours online after receiving the code via email or SMS. If your email address is already in our system, please note that you will not receive the discount code. 

When attempting to apply any promotional codes, please note that the following conditions apply:

  • Codes are only redeemable online at hpfg.myshopify.com
  • Discount/promotional codes have no monetary value, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be converted into currency.
  • Promotional codes may not be applied to already discounted items.
  • Promotional codes will be deactivated during sitewide sales.
  • For orders containing multiple items, the discount provided will be distributed amongst all eligible items.
  • Discounted items returned to HYDE PARK FASHION will be refunded in the amount paid and not the original value of the item(s). 
  • If a code is expired or invalid at checkout, a replacement will not be issued.
  • Only one code may be applied per order.
